$35 1 Gallon Glass ( Milk ? ) Bottle

I am not sure exactly what this bottle is. Marked on the bottom is Patent Pending, SOS-48, TCS-48, CCS-W. It is also marked 1 gallon to this line. I do think it is an old milk bottle.It has a metal handle. Measures 12'' high X 4 &1/2'' across mouth and 6'' across bottom. It is in very good condition, with a little rust on the handle. $35.
